Mark StawickiMark Stawicki is the founding partner of Stawicki and Maples. He graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1983. He has been exclusively practicing plaintiff’s personal injury for nearly 25 years and has represented thousands of injured victims. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of America, and Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Stawicki is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the State of California and in the Eastern District of the United States District Court. John C. MaplesMr. Maples is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento (B.S. in Criminal Justice - Investigations). He served a year-long internship as an investigator with the Sacramento Public Defender’s Office, prior to several years experience in counseling juvenile delinquents in secured settings. Mr. Maples also has a P.O.S.T. (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Basic Academy Certificate as a graduate of the Sacramento Police Academy and was previously employed by the City of Sacramento Police Department. He maintains a keen interest in clinical medicine, particularly Orthopedics and Neurology. Mr. Maples graduated from Lincoln Law School, located in Sacramento, California. He served internships with the Sacramento County and Yolo County Public Defender’s Offices prior to practicing civil law. Mr. Maples is licensed to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and in the Eastern District of the United States District Court. Mr. Maples has argued cases in State of California Administrative Hearings and Worker’s Compensation Hearings. He has handled claims through the Federal Torts Claims Act. He has also argued matters before the 3rd District Court of Appeals for the State of California. Mr. Maples has successfully arbitrated medical malpractice claims through the Kaiser Arbitration Process. Mr. Maples is a past exhibitor at the Northern California Abilities Exposition for victims of Brain Trauma and Spinal Cord Injury. Mr. Maples is a current and past member of the El Dorado County Bar Association, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the California Farm Bureau. Mr. Maples is also a Judge Pro Tempore for the El Dorado County Superior Court. Jude RedkeyJude Redkey has been with Stawicki and Maples since 2001. Mr. Redkey graduated from University of California, Davis in 1993. He clerked for the State of Colorado, Attorney General’s Office and Arapahoe County District Court prior to receiving a Juris Doctorate from University of Denver, College of Law in 1997. Mr. Redkey was admitted to the State Bar of California in June, 1998, and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, in February of 2001. Before joining Stawicki and Maples in 2001, Mr. Redkey was an associate attorney with the Law Offices of David Foyil in Jackson, California, where he maintained a broad civil litigation practice emphasizing personal injury, family law, bankruptcy, and civil disputes. He is a past Treasurer and member of the Amador County Bar Association and current member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Redkey is a Judge Pro Tempore for the El Dorado County Superior Court and a long-time resident of Amador County. Janelle MigliaroMs. Migliaro is a senior associate attorney. She graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Florida. Ms. Migliaro earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Concurrent with her law school education, she was a law clerk for two years at Stawicki and Maples, specializing in litigation and research. Since joining our firm, Ms. Migliaro has attended numerous personal injury related continuing education seminars and is a past and present member of the American Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Migliaro is licensed to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and in the Eastern District of the United States District Court. Ashley ClowerAshley Clower has been with Stawicki & Maples since 2005. Ms. Clower graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis on Law and Society. She volunteered for the Legal Center for the Elderly and Disabled and clerked for local plaintiff’s personal injury firms while obtaining a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Clower was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. She is a current member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys of California. Ms. Clower is licensed to practice law before all of the courts of the State of California.
